A long pitch before a question
After 20 seconds of talking, people stop listening. Ask within the first 15 seconds.
Good sales calls are not improvised. They follow the same six steps every time, so the customer always knows why you called and what happens next. Learn the structure, see it in a real script with the reason behind every line, test five openers and answer the objections you hear every day.
"Namaste [Name] ji, main [Business] se bol raha hoon." Sounds real, not spam.
"Aapne [Product] ke baare mein enquiry ki thi." Their own action, not your pitch.
"Do minute baat ho sakti hai?" A yes earns attention; a no becomes a callback.
Need, budget, timeline. Ask one, then listen.
Match one benefit to what they just told you.
A visit, a demo, a callback or a transfer. Never end without one.

Change one thing at a time and compare how many calls reach the first question.
| Opener | Best for | |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry reference | "Aapne [Product] ke liye enquiry ki thi…" | New and recent leads |
| Helpful reminder | "Bas yaad dilana tha ki [Offer] [Date] tak hai…" | Offers and deadlines |
| Question first | "Kya aap abhi bhi [Need] ke liye option dekh rahe hain?" | Old leads |
| Referral | "[Referrer] ji ne aapka number diya tha…" | Referrals |
| Local | "Hum [Area] mein hi hain, aapke paas…" | Local businesses and showrooms |
| Reply (Hinglish) | Why | |
|---|---|---|
| "Abhi busy hoon." | Koi baat nahi. Aaj shaam 6 baje ya kal subah 11 baje call karun? | Two times instead of "kab call karun?" |
| "Price kya hai?" | Batata hoon. Pehle ek sawaal, aapki team kitni badi hai? Taaki sahi plan bataun. | Price without context sounds high. |
| "Details WhatsApp kar do." | Zaroor bhejta hoon. Saath mein kal 10 minute ka call rakh lein? | Send it, but keep a next step. |
| "Interest nahi hai." | Theek hai. Kya pooch sakta hoon, abhi kya use kar rahe hain? | The reason is useful data. |
| "Sochke batata hoon." | Bilkul. Kis baat par sochna hai? Shayad main abhi help kar sakun. | Finds the real objection. |
| "Boss se poochna padega." | Samajh gaya. Kya unke saath ek short call rakh sakte hain? | Brings the decision maker in. |
| "Pehle se vendor hai." | Achha hai. Ek baar compare karke dekhne mein koi harz nahi, 10 minute? | Compare, never criticise. |
| "Call mat karo." | Bilkul, aage call nahi aayega. Dhanyavaad. | End politely and add to your opt-out list. |
