Five voice pricing models, five real bills
Benchmark: 2,000 answered calls in a month. 800 are short (about 15 seconds) and 1,200 are real conversations (about 70 seconds): 1,600 minutes of actual talk. Bills before GST. The models are typical of what Indian businesses are quoted in 2026; no company is named.

Reading the benchmark
The lowest listed rate lost; per-second billing kept the bill honest
The ₹4 rate looked cheapest, but rounding doubled its billed minutes and the phone line and number were extra, so it cost ₹9.51 per minute of real talk. The monthly-plan model's ₹2 rate became ₹9.88 once the plan fee was spread over the minutes. Billing every part separately in dollars was the most expensive at ₹11.
The 30-second-pulse model came in slightly below Troika, at ₹8.75 against ₹9.00. That is the honest result for this benchmark. The difference is what the rate includes: on that model you build, test and run the agent and handle the telecom side yourself; Troika's 15 paise includes free setup, the calling line, 9 languages, recordings, reports and a team that runs the campaign with you.
